- All purchases will be processed in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).
- Shanine Dennill is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates, or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
Return/Refund Policy
- All purchases are non-refundable, due to some of the content being downloadable.
- All purchases are non-transferable. When courses are purchased under your name, they will remain under your account and cannot be transferred to another person. The content took time, money, and energy to create, so we ask for you to honour this and remain ethical with the use of the content – that it is solely for your purposes.
- In some courses, payment does not guarantee certification. Courses that require assignments and quizzes graded will receive certificates when completed and passed (these will be indicated).
