Private Yoga Classes are a great way to work on your goals, receive undivided attention, ask questions, and practice yoga poses specific to your needs and physical requirements. I highly recommend we do a Transformation Practice before other private sessions to dive in deep into your goals, needs, and yoga journey to support you.

Where can I have a  Private Session?

Sessions are mainly held online (via Zoom). They can also be held in the comfort of your home, in my home (Restorative sessions only), outside (weather permitting), or at an affiliate studio. Prices are for online sessions. Additional charges may occur, for rental and travel expenses.

Four Ways to work together

This practice is deeply relaxing and restores the body’s energy levels as you are held in a supportive space.

We use props to support your body in restorative yoga positions, which helps release layers of tension, calm the nervous system, and cultivate energy restores in times of instability. The props we use include blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps to support your pose comfortably.

Slowing down boosts the immune system and our ability to respond to life situations, rather than reacting.

Duration: Choose between a 60 min or 90 min session.
I also offer Restorative & Reiki sessions.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is an ancient Tantric practice that has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia. It also reduces chronic pain, PTSD, and transforms negative habits. 

You will be held in a restorative yoga pose. Similar to meditation, I guide you through the layers of the subtle bodies to a place where thoughts slow down. It brings awareness to thought patterns and cultivates new purpose and invigoration.

You’ll move into a deep state of stillness where you are unconditionally supported and perhaps connect to deeper states of consciousness.

Duration: Choose between a 30 min or 45 min session.

Your Private Transformation Practice comprises of two sessions:

First Session = Discovery Session
We uncover repetitive cycles in your life, discuss your goals, and other influencing factors. I then create a personalized practice (a blueprint) with specific yoga postures and breathing techniques based on these discoveries. It also includes suggested lifestyle changes and may include meditation, mantra, and Yoga Nidra.

Second Session = Personal Transformation Practice
We start with a 30-minute session outlining your protocol (including yoga, breathwork, recommended lifestyle changes, and other techniques). This is then followed by a 60-minute yoga practice.

Duration: 30 min (1st session) + 90 min (2nd session)

Having a private yoga session is like having a personal coach you can be accountable to and someone who can adapt a practice specifically for you. These private sessions are a great way to deepen your practice.

You can choose the length of the private session to fit in your schedule.

Duration: Choose between 30 min sessions, 45 min, 60 min, or 90 min sessions.
