Let’s create a Personal Transformation Practice customized specifically for YOU!

Deeply held beliefs, life-altering moments, our environment, the food we eat, and even the way we breathe affect how we feel and the choices we make in life.

During our first meeting (the Discovery Session), we uncover repetitive cycles in your life, discuss your goals, and other influencing factors.

I then create a personalized practice (a blueprint) with specific yoga postures and breathing techniques based on our discoveries from our first meeting. It will also include suggested lifestyle changes and may include meditation, mantra, and Yoga Nidra.

In our second meeting, we go over the practice and lifestyle suggestions to deeply support and empower YOU to live more fully.

Yoga is deeply rooted in ancient wisdom that can support your intentions and help you to come home to your true Self.

Where can I have this  Private Session?

They can be held in the comfort of your home, online (via Zoom), and outside (weather permitting). Other locations include ThinkSpot (in Lowville, surrounded by water and trees), or at a local studio (additional rental charges may occur).

Your Sessions

SESSION 1 = Discovery Session (30 minutes)

This session includes a consultation (no yoga practice) to uncover your goals, level of experience, and other important factors that will determine your suggested practice (blueprint). Feel free to ask any questions as we move through this journey together.

SESSION 2 = Personal Transformation Practice (90 minutes)

We will start with a 30-minute session outlining your protocol (including yoga, breathwork, recommended lifestyle changes, and possibly meditation, mantra, and Yoga Nidra).

Followed by a 60-minute practice (if doing online, this will be recorded for you to keep).

Investment = $170 (includes both sessions for online or in-person)

On-going Yoga Sessions = $85

Terms & Conditions:

  • Prices do not include HST.
  • Studio/space rental, travel expenses, and other equipment expenses may apply (to be agreed upon ahead of time).
  • Payment must be made at the time of booking and confirmation of scheduled appointment.
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if cancelling or changing a session. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee (equivalent to the rate of booked session) will be charged.
  • Option to purchase 5 classes at a discount for follow-up sessions, is available.
