Every new year starts with great intentions. But if there are underlying beliefs that keep tripping you up, those intentions or resolutions won’t last long. We need to heal these patterns and anchor them into something that holds deep reverence and devotion.

This 20 day sadhana program will help you to:

  • Uncover the internal resistance that keeps you from fulfilling your highest potential.
  • Create your personal declaration or mantra to steer your life in the most profound way.
  • Set small actions to unlock and step into your potential, using practices that uncover your creativity and reconnect you to your inner wisdom. You will explore your deep desires, not the desires society tells you to do, to create true abundance.
  • Set and maintain boundaries for yourself and others, using techniques that show you where changes are needed in your life.
  • Develop a morning meditation ritual that keeps you grounded even when the world around you constantly changes.
  • Build community connection, in a safe space.
  • Create meaningful change.
  • Gain tools to help you when you feel stuck in life and need inspiration.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

* Meditations to reveal inner resistance (self-sabotage tendencies).

* A powerful exercise to reveal your Sankalpa or personal mantra (intention). Includes a Yoga Nidra practice to embody this personal declaration.

* Spiritual practices to unlock your creativity (including EFT and other exercises).

* Clarify areas in your life that needs more attention to create change.

* Life-changing exercises in revealing, setting, and maintaining boundaries.

* How to incorporate rituals in your daily life as part of your sadhana practice. You will also receive a ritual care package.

* Weekly practices: Each week includes 1 x workshop (Mondays), 1 x Tantra yoga practice (Wednesdays), and 1 x meditation ritual (Fridays). All sessions will be held on Zoom and will be recorded (so you can repeat them).

* Receive daily motivational emails.
